back to 'skinny land'

Going home tomorrow. Have not started packing yet, as usual. Feel soo heavy-hearted!! I don't want to leave =(

It's weird you know, last year, I couldn't wait to go home. I remember I was all ready to dash out of the door and to the airport.. 2 days before my flight. That was how much I loathed studying here; hated Newc.

But the word is 'was'. 'Tis a totally different story now. Hmm.. I'm so in love with this place, the company of friends I keep; people whom I've bonded with. It isn't as if I've forgotten all my fantabulous dudettes back home, mm.. it's just different. I literally feel loved by the friends I have here. Since we're all away from home, we take care of and look out for one another. For example, when you're ill, somehow someone would boil 'houng tau sah' (red bean soup) for you to drink =) Don't ask me why 'houng tau sah', heheh.. it's just like that la. I'm pretty sure you guys, who've studied abroad, know what I'm talking about.

*Sigh*





Arrgghh.. I should be frantically packing and cleaning, but but here I am blogging!! Shows how excited I am. Gah!
