merely 227 pages

It's taking me forever to finish C.S. Lewis' Mere Christianity. Feels as if I'm doing Jurisprudence all over again. Gah!
And that's not even the best part. To top it off with lotsa whipped cream and a maraschino cherry, it's similar to reading Michael Stockdale's Evidence. Double Gah!!
Don't get me wrong though, C.S. Lewis is an amazing writer. This is probably just a one off thing.
note: pls do not misinterpret the above statement, my lecturer's textbook is just difficult to read
