10% ana, 90% pm

Not only have I gained a lot of weight since PM, my menstruation cycle has decided to screw itself up too.

It's horrible that I'm unable to control how my hormones adapt to new elements I introduce my body to.

I really do hope that it would start to regulate itself soon. I cannot imagine growing bigger than this. I would slip into a depression.
